RAW COCONUT BALLS
220 g dates
80 g coconut flakes (or fresh)
100 g of almonds and cashews
2 spoons of coconut oil
Pit the dates and blend them together with the oil until a homogeneous mixture. Put the other ingredients together and blend a little more to mix. Form your balls and roll them in coconut or cocoa powder or in carob powder (light cocoa substitute) and then put it in the fridge!
The recipe is very simple and it is perfect to make together with the children who will have a lot of fun forming the balls and learn to appreciate healthy snacks!
